Steven's path began in the United States Marine Corps, where he served eight years as an intelligence analyst — the foundation of the disciplined, detail-first approach he brings to every matter. As an ATP-rated captain, he has lived the operational realities his clients face — FAA regulation, safety management, crew decision-making, and the day-to-day pressures of running an aircraft or an aviation business. As an attorney, he translates that experience into transactions, structures, and counsel that actually hold up in the real world.
